9 Constitution of Sydney district planning panels
The following Sydney district planning panels are constituted for the designated Sydney local government areas specified in relation to each panel—
Sydney Eastern City Planning Panel—local government areas of Bayside, Burwood, Canada Bay, Inner West, City of Randwick, Strathfield, Waverley and Woollahra.
Sydney North Planning Panel—local government areas of Hornsby, Hunter’s Hill, Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove, Mosman, North Sydney, Northern Beaches, City of Ryde and City of Willoughby.
Sydney South Planning Panel—local government areas of Canterbury-Bankstown, Georges River and Sutherland Shire.
Sydney Central City Planning Panel—local government areas of City of Blacktown, Cumberland, City of Parramatta and The Hills Shire.
Sydney Western City Planning Panel—local government areas of City of Blue Mountains, City of Campbelltown, Camden, City of Fairfield, City of Hawkesbury, City of Liverpool, City of Penrith and Wollondilly.
