14 Deemed commencement of Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2025, Schedule 1[37] and [38]
(1)
The Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2025, Schedule 1[37] and [38] are taken to have commenced on 1 March 2018.
(2)
To avoid doubt, the imposition of a condition under section 7.32 on or after 1 March 2018 that would not have been validly imposed unless the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2025, Schedule 1[37] and [38] had commenced is taken to have been validly imposed.
