Payments into HAP Fund

Current

The following must be paid into the HAP Fund—

(a)

housing and productivity contributions made under Subdivision 4, except for amounts required to be paid into the SBC Fund,

(b)

money appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the HAP Fund,

(c)

the proceeds of the investment of money in the HAP Fund,

(d)

money required to be paid into the HAP Fund by or under this Act, the regulations or other legislation,

(e)

money advanced by the Treasurer for the purposes of the HAP Fund.
