7.25 Food and drink premises and shops on certain land in Zone E1
(1)
This clause applies to land identified as “Area G” on the Land Zoning Map.
(2)
Development consent must not be granted to development for the following purposes—
(a)
food and drink premises if the gross floor area of the premises will be more than 300m2,
(b)
a shop if the gross floor area of the shop will be more than 1,500m2.
