7.33 Dwelling houses in Zone R4—height and floor space ratio controls
(1)
This clause applies to land in Zone R4 High Density Residential.
(2)
Despite clauses 4.3(2) and 4.4(2), development consent must not be granted to development for the purpose of a dwelling house on land to which this clause applies unless—
(a)
the dwelling house will not exceed a height of 8.5 metres, and
(b)
the floor space ratio of the dwelling house will not exceed 0.6:1.
