7.45 Development on certain land in Liverpool
(1)
This clause applies to land in Liverpool identified as “Area H” on the Land Zoning Map.
(2)
Development consent must not be granted to development for the purposes of business premises or retail premises unless the consent authority is satisfied —
(a)
the gross floor area of the business premises or retail premises will not exceed 1,200m2, and
(b)
each individual premises is not more than 150m2 other than not more than 2 individual premises that are greater than 150m2 but less than 300m2.
