7.46 Development on certain land in Liverpool requiring preparation of development control plan
This clause applies to land in Liverpool identified as “Area H” on the Land Zoning Map.
Development consent must not be granted to development for the purposes of residential flat buildings or commercial premises unless the consent authority is satisfied a development control plan that provides for the matters specified in subclause (3) has been prepared for the land.
The development control plan must provide for the following matters—
through-site pedestrian links between Hoxton Park Road and Dale Avenue,
vehicular and pedestrian access and circulation,
appropriate parking,
built form controls, including the massing and modulation of buildings,
landscaping,
housing diversity.
