7.23 Specialised retail premises and retail premises in Zone E3
Development consent must not be granted to development for the purposes of specialised retail premises on land identified as “Area A” on the Land Zoning Map if the gross floor area of the specialised retail premises is more than 2,500 square metres.
Development consent must not be granted to development for the purposes of retail premises on land identified as “Area A” on the Land Zoning Map if the gross floor area of the retail premises is more than 1,600 square metres.
Despite subclause (2), development consent may be granted to development for the purposes of a single shop—
on Lot 1, DP 1246745, 146 Newbridge Road, Moorebank, and
if the gross floor area of the shop does not exceed 4,000m2.
