100 Particular noncompliance notices
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
under the expired regulation, section 33, a builder was given a noncompliance notice; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the builder had not complied with the expired regulation, section 34.
(2)
On the commencement, the noncompliance notice is taken to be a noncompliance notice given under section 54.
