86 Information to be given by the State—Act, s 255
For section 255(2) of the Act, the following information is prescribed—
(a)
a 1:100 scale drawing of the building or structure showing floor plans and elevations, unless the Minister responsible for the building work mentioned in section 255 of the Act considers it would not be in the public interest to give the information; and
(b)
a site plan of a scale enabling the local government to provide water supply, sewerage and stormwater drainage for the land on which the building work is to be carried out.
