68 Application of division
This division applies if—
(a)
building work is for a single detached class 1a building or a class 10 building or structure; and
(b)
if work (the aspect work) is carried out for an aspect of the building work; andExample of aspect work—waterproofing
(c)
either—
(i)
the aspect work is carried out by a QBCC licensee; or
(ii)
a QBCC licensee may give a QBCC licensee certificate for the aspect work.
