79 Queensland Development Code—Act, s 13
(1)
For section 13(1) of the Act, the parts, or the aspects of the parts, of the QDC stated in schedule 7 are prescribed.
(2)
For section 13(2) of the Act, the part, or the aspect of the part, takes effect on the day stated in schedule 7, column 3, for the part or the aspect of the part.
