28 Notification requirements for sale of regulated premises—Act, s 246ATM
For section 246ATM(2) of the Act, the owner of regulated premises must give a notice in the form approved by the QBCC commissioner before entering into a contract for the sale of the premises under that section. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
