63 Application of division
This division applies if—
(a)
an entity was, for a building development application, a referral agency for aspects of the building work (the referral agency aspects); and
(b)
the building development approval for the application is granted; and
(c)
a condition of the approval requires the builder for the work to give the agency a notice to inspect the work to ensure the referral agency aspects comply with the approval.
