64 Notice to referral agency to inspect
(1)
This section—
(a)
applies to a builder for building work for which a notice to inspect must be given to a referral agency under a condition of the building development approval; but
(b)
does not apply in relation to building work the subject of a building development approval to which section 74 of the Act applies.
(2)
The builder for the building work must—
(a)
give the referral agency a notice to inspect the building work under the approval; and
(b)
give a copy of the notice to the building certifier.
