27I Prohibited development—reconfiguring a lot in SEQ northern inter-urban break
(1)
Reconfiguring a lot is prohibited development to the extent the lot is in the SEQ northern inter-urban break, if the reconfiguration—
(a)
is a subdivision; and
(b)
is assessable development under section 21.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not apply if—
(a)
the reconfiguration is an exempt subdivision; or
(b)
each lot created by the reconfiguration is at least 100ha.
