27O Prohibited development—material change of use for residential development
(1)
A material change of use of premises for a residential development is prohibited development to the extent the premises are in the SEQ northern inter-urban break.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not apply if the material change of use is—
(a)
excluded development; or
(b)
an exempt material change of use.
