15 Revision of, and advice about, criteria
(1)
The authority must, if requested by the Minister, and may, on its own initiative—
(a)
revise the criteria given to the Minister under section 14 or 14A, including the criteria as previously revised under this section; and
(b)
give information or advice to the Minister about the current criteria.
(2)
The authority must give written notice of any revised criteria to the Minister.
