170W Notice of decision
(1)
The Minister must publish in the gazette—
(a)
notice of a decision to revoke, or not to revoke, a declaration of a monopoly water supply activity; and
(b)
the reasons for the decision.
(2)
Also, as soon as practicable after making the decision, the Minister must give a written notice stating the decision and the reasons for the decision to—
(a)
the water supplier carrying on the activity; and
(b)
the authority.
