170ZZZH Interim injunctions
(1)
The court may grant an interim injunction pending determination of an application for an enforcement injunction.
(2)
If the application is made by the authority, the court must not require the authority or another person, as a condition of granting an interim injunction, to give an undertaking as to damages.
