170ZR Amendment on authority’s own initiative
(1)
This section applies for the purpose of the amendment by the authority on its own initiative of a water pricing determination made for a monopoly water supply activity.
(2)
The authority may amend the determination by notice given to the water supplier for the activity to correct—
(a)
a clerical mistake; or
(b)
an error arising from an accidental slip or omission; or
(c)
a material miscalculation of figures or a material mistake in the description of any person, thing or matter referred to in the determination; or
(d)
a defect in form.
