170ZP Refusal to amend
(1)
The authority may refuse to consider or further consider an application under section 170ZO to amend a water pricing determination if it considers the application is vexatious or frivolous.
(2)
The authority may refuse the application if it considers there has not been—
(a)
a material change of circumstances; or
(b)
a material change of circumstances that justifies an amendment of the water pricing determination.
