170Q Duration of declaration
(1)
A declaration of a monopoly water supply activity starts to operate on—
(a)
the day notice of the decision to declare the activity is published in the gazette; or
(b)
if a later day of operation is stated in the notice—the later day.
(2)
A declaration of a monopoly water supply activity continues in operation until its expiry date, unless it is earlier revoked.
