10 Documents referral agency may publish on website
A referral agency may publish on the referral agency’s website—
a document stated in section 8; or
the referral agency’s register stated in section 9(1); or
for each development application and change application given to the referral agency under section 54 of the Act—
the application and all the material about the application the referral agency has received before the application is decided; or
any request made by the referral agency to the applicant requesting further information about the application and any response to the request; or
the referral agency’s response for the application; or
each notice, request or agreement about the application given or made under the Act or development assessment rules; or
all correspondence about the application between the applicant, assessment manager and referral agency; or
for each change application made to the referral agency as the responsible entity—
all the material about the application the referral agency has received before the application is decided; or
each notice, request or agreement about the application given or made under the Act or development assessment rules; or
all correspondence about the application between the applicant, the assessment manager and the referral agency.
