that the buildings, educational facilities and grounds of the campus comply with all relevant statutory requirements; and

(b)

any changes to the school's policies regarding the additional campus that relate to student engagement including policies in relation to student behaviour and the suspension or expulsion of students (see note 2); and

(c)

that the school is to continue as a not‑for‑profit school.
