86 Minimum standards for registration to provide an accredited senior secondary course or an accredited foundation secondary course

For the purposes of section 4.3.11 of the Act, the prescribed minimum standards for registration of a person, body or school that provides, or proposes to provide, an accredited senior secondary course or an accredited foundation secondary course are set out in Schedule 8.

For the purposes of section 4.3.11 of the Act, the prescribed minimum standards for registration of a registered education and training organisation that provides, or proposes to provide, an accredited senior secondary course or an accredited foundation secondary course in addition to any other course that the organisation is registered on the State Register to provide are set out in Schedule 8.

Despite subregulations (1) and (2), the Authority may exempt a person, body or school or a registered education and training organisation that provides, or proposes to provide, an accredited senior secondary course or an accredited foundation secondary course to a student who normally resides outside of Australia from the requirement to implement the principles in clause 1 of Schedule 8.
