21 Schools must have policies, procedures, and suitable arrangements in place
(1)
A registered school must have policies and procedures in place to enable it to comply with the prescribed minimum standards for registration that are applicable to the school.
(2)
A registered school must have suitable arrangements in place to enable it to comply with applicable guidelines issued by the Authority under section 4.3.8A(1) of the Act.
