3 Governance and probity
The governance and management of a senior secondary awarding body or a foundation secondary awarding body must be structured to enable the body to effectively—
(a)
develop and review courses and curriculum; and
(b)
manage assessment processes; and
(c)
develop accurate systems for the management of student records.
