54 Funds
A parents' club of a Government school must ensure that the raising of funds and the expenditure of funds raised—
is made with the approval of the school council; and
complies with Division 8.
A separate account must be maintained for the purpose of—
the administrative functions of the parents' club; and
the raising of funds by the parents' club for the benefit of the school.
Subject to regulation 59, the account in subregulation (2) must be a separate subprogram maintained for the parents' club within the school's official account.
The parents' club must ensure that all financial details of the account in subregulation (2) are recorded within the school's official account.
