119 Transitional provision—Minimum standards for registration of schools
(1)
Despite the revocation of the Education and Training Reform Regulations 2007 by regulation 4—
(a)
Schedule 2 to those Regulations, as in force immediately before its revocation, continues to apply to a school that is registered before that revocation until 30 June 2018; and
(b)
Schedule 4 to these Regulations does not apply to a school that is registered before that revocation until 1 July 2018.
