42 Receipt of money by delegate
(1)
If a person or body is authorised under a delegation to do so, the person or body may receive money and issue receipts on behalf of the school council while exercising the delegation.
(2)
A person or body that receives money in accordance with a delegation must remit the money to the school council as soon as practicable after it is received.
