48 Keeping and availability of records
(1)
A school council must keep all records of the school council at the school premises, unless otherwise approved by the school council for the purpose of preparing or auditing books of account or records.
(2)
The school council must—
(a)
make the records available at any time to the Minister or to any person authorised by the Minister; and
(b)
allow the records to be removed from the school premises by the Minister or the person authorised by the Minister.
