96 Revocation of approval of dispute resolution and student welfare scheme
(1)
The Minister may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, revoke the approval of a dispute resolution and student welfare scheme.
(2)
In making a decision to revoke the approval under subregulation (1), the Minister must have regard to—
(a)
Schedule 7 to the Act; and
(b)
the criteria set out in regulation 93; and
(c)
the requirements set out in regulation 95.
