22 Further investigation
(1)
The Commission may at any time make further inquiries about the holder of an employee’s licence.
(2)
The Commission may at any time request the holder of a employee’s licence to provide further information or further records and the holder must comply with that request.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
