23 Offence relating to misleading information
An applicant for a licence or renewal of a licence must not, in relation to the application —
make a statement which the applicant knows is false or misleading in a material particular; or
make a statement which is false or misleading in a material particular, with reckless disregard as to whether or not the statement is false or misleading in a material particular; or
provide information that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular; or
provide information that is false or misleading in a material particular, with reckless disregard as to whether the information is false or misleading in a material particular; or
fail to disclose all information that the person knows is materially relevant.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
