54 Wagering accounts to be disposed of in accordance with instructions
(1)
The amount standing to the credit of the wagering account of the depositor at any time is to be disposed of by RWWA in accordance with the instructions of the depositor.
(2)
Where no instructions have been received by RWWA the account may be retained by RWWA pending receipt by RWWA of instructions, or the whole or part of the amount may be remitted to the depositor at any time at the discretion of RWWA or person in charge of the totalisator agency where the wagering account is kept.
