24 Notification of conviction

(1)

If the holder of a licence is convicted of an offence, the holder must give the Commission written notice of the conviction within 7 days of becoming aware of the conviction and must give the Commission any information regarding the conviction that the Commission requires.

Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.

(2)

If RWWA becomes aware that the holder of a licence has been convicted of an offence, RWWA must give the Commission written notice of the conviction within 7 days of becoming aware of the conviction.

Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
