68 Notice of intention to establish temporary totalisator agency (s. 52(2))
(1)
If RWWA intends to establish a totalisator agency that will operate for a period of less than 30 days, RWWA is to give written notice of that intention to the Commission not later than 24 hours before the intended commencement of the operation or such lesser period as the Commission may allow.
(2)
The notice is to include the following information —
(a)
the location of the proposed totalisator agency;
(b)
the nature of the event or other circumstances relating to the establishment of the temporary agency;
(c)
the dates on which it is proposed to commence and finish operation.
