32 Wagers may be refused
The person in charge at any totalisator agency, unless otherwise directed by RWWA, is authorised on behalf of RWWA to refuse to accept, at any time and without giving any reason, all or any part of the amount of any wager offered to be made with or through RWWA.
Any wager offered to be made with or through RWWA by or on behalf of a person apparently under the age of 18 years must not be accepted.
Any wager offered to be made with or through RWWA by or on behalf of a person to whom a “warning off” notice has been given under regulation 72(1), while that notice is in force, must not be accepted.
