Hours for opening

(1)

Subject to subregulation (2), wagers made by the deposit of the amount of the wager in cash are to be accepted by or on behalf of RWWA only during the hours the totalisator agency is open for the acceptance of those wagers.

(2)

RWWA, or the person in charge of the totalisator agency subject to the approval of RWWA, may at any time close the agency and decline to accept wagers or wagers of a particular kind.
