The applicant must be in Australia, but not in immigration clearance.
Note 1:
The applicant must be an eligible non‑citizen at the time of grant: see Act, s 73.
Note 2:
The Minister must grant a Bridging A (Class WA) visa in the circumstances set out in regulation 2.21A.
