Schedule 2Provisions with respect to the grant of Subclasses of visas
602.216
(1)
The applicant has:
(a)
adequate means to support himself or herself; or
(b)
access to adequate means to support himself or herself;
during the period of the applicant’s intended stay in Australia.
(2)
However, subclause (1) does not apply if the requirements described in subclause 602.212(6) are met in relation to the applicant.
