Schedule 2Provisions with respect to the grant of Subclasses of visas
101.212
The applicant is sponsored by a person who:
(a)
has turned 18; and
(b)
is an Australian citizen, a holder of a permanent visa or an eligible New Zealand citizen; and
(c)
is:
(i)
the Australian citizen, holder of a permanent visa or eligible New Zealand citizen mentioned in subclause 101.211(1); or
(ii)
the cohabiting spouse or de facto partner of the Australian citizen, holder of a permanent visa or eligible New Zealand citizen mentioned in subclause 101.211(1).
