Schedule 2Provisions with respect to the grant of Subclasses of visas

(1)
If the applicant is outside Australia at the time of application, the applicant is free from tuberculosis.
(2)
If:
(a)
the applicant is in Australia at the time of application; and
(b)
a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth considers that the applicant is not free from tuberculosis;
arrangements have been made, on the advice of the Medical officer of the Commonwealth, to place the applicant under the professional supervision of a health authority in a State or Territory to undergo any necessary treatment.
