In the case of a visa granted to an applicant who meets the requirements of subclause 030.212(3):
(a)
if condition 8303 applies to the Bridging C (Class WC) visa held by the applicant—condition 8303; or
(b)
if condition 8501 applies to the Bridging C (Class WC) visa held by the applicant—condition 8501; or
(c)
in any other case—nil.
