(1)
The applicant satisfies any language test requirements specified for the applicant by the Minister in a legislative instrument made for the purposes of this subclause.
(2)
If the Minister requires the applicant to demonstrate the applicant’s English language proficiency, the applicant demonstrates their English language proficiency in the manner specified by the Minister.
