An applicant:
to whom subregulation 2.20(14) applies; and
who applied for the visa using the application process described in subregulation 2.20B(2);
must be outside Australia when the visa is granted.
An applicant:
to whom subregulation 2.20(15) applies; and
who applied for the visa using the application process described in subregulation 2.20B(2);
must be in Australia, but not in immigration clearance, when the visa is granted.
An applicant:
to whom subregulation 2.20(15) applies except that he or she has been immigration cleared; and
who applied for the visa using the application process described in subregulation 2.20B(2);
must be in Australia when the visa is granted.
In any other case, an applicant must be in Australia when the visa is granted.
