Schedule 2Provisions with respect to the grant of Subclasses of visas
102.212
The applicant is sponsored by a person who is:
(a)
an Australian citizen, a holder of a permanent visa or an eligible New Zealand citizen; and
(b)
in the case of an applicant who is a child for adoption—a prospective adoptive parent of the child; and
(c)
in the case of an applicant who is an adopted child—an adoptive parent of the child.
