Schedule 2Provisions with respect to the grant of Subclasses of visas
403.222
(1)
The applicant will be engaged in work, or an activity, in Australia in accordance with the terms and conditions of a relevant agreement.
(2)
The applicant meets the requirements of the relevant agreement.
(3)
An Australian signatory agrees to the applicant’s stay in Australia.
(4)
The foreign signatory agrees to the applicant’s stay in Australia.
(5)
If the foreign signatory is not the national government of the relevant foreign country, the national government of the foreign country does not oppose the applicant’s stay in Australia.
