103.211
(1)
The applicant is a parent of a person who is:
(a)
a settled Australian citizen; or
(b)
a settled Australian permanent resident; or
(c)
a settled eligible New Zealand citizen.
(2)
Subclause (1) does not apply if the applicant meets the requirements of subclause 103.214(2).
